Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your arrival will receive a refund less £25.00 processing fee. For cancellations made within the 14 day period, we will do our best to re-book your room. If we cannot, you will be responsible for the full amount of your reservation. ‘No shows’ will be charged the full price.

Deposits

We ask for a 20% deposit on bookings of 3 nights or more or for multiple room bookings.
